Howdy, Newgrounds, it’s been a while since my last post,my main focus with this is to explain why was I gone for a long period of time with art and stuff, well, the main reason is that I’ve been trying to get through school lately, it really ramped up over the last few months and I didn’t have much motivation to draw anything, I just felt out of it. BUT! I’m not saying I’m going to “Howdy folks, It’s been fun, but I’m gonna quit! BYE SCREWBALLS!!” No, I just sorta needed a break from it all and collect myself, which I’ve been doing over the last few days, I will say that I still thank each and every one of you for still looking at my silly nonsense.

Ok, ya got me, I’m not just gonna end it like that! But in all seriousness, this show looks really good! Lore wise I have no flipping idea what’s gonna happen, but the visuals are absolutely stunning!

Ive secretly always had a soft spot for things that scare me out of my wits, and this thing, this…. SHOW! It’s had me spooked for a while.

Ken The Butcher has the most fun design in my opinion, I’ve always enjoyed giant,  ghastly characters.

I haven’t heard much about @PartTimeSeagull ‘s early work, but from what I’ve seen, it’s pretty good.

My only qualm with the show is that……oh wait……THERE ARE NONE!

Anyway, Seagull and the Glitch Team did an extraordinary job on this, I hope this gets bigger than anything else imaginable.

Howdy screwballs! First, THANK YOU FOR 200! I didn’t think I would get to that number. I just wanted to update you all on what I’ve been doing these last few months. I am making cartoons to start off, I actually have a fully finished cartoon, but I can’t share it because it is for a collab, I will not specify at the moment. To supplement for its release, I will make another cartoon to tide everyone over. I have a couple ideas as of right now, hope to have something by April

I’ve been really into the alternative rock band Ween for a while now, their music has sorta calmed me down a little, made me less anxious I guess. “But goozleferngullymegman?” You may ask with a countenance of confusion, What’s a Ween?

Well, Ween is a band created by two funny fellas name Gene Ween and Dean Ween, the name Ween though? Where does it come from you may ask, well, I don’t know.

The band has produced many albums in their time, some of them are more recognizable than others (*cough* the mollusk), some aren’t as easy to listen to, but they’re still really good. 

Chocolate and Cheese, and Shinola Vol. 1 have been my favorites by the band lately, both are really good albums, they tic most of the boxes of what I think rock music should be, weird, goofy, and just fun and general, it also helps I like Hendrix as well, who was a big influence on the band. 

I will say, if you want to get into the band, I would suggest starting with “The Mollusk”, one of the most readably available albums by the band, then go to thing like Quebec, Chocolate and Cheese, and so on. 

Anyway, that’s all I wanted to yakk about, I’m gonna talk about construction in cartoons in the next blog post, but for now, that’s all folks!
